Welcome to the first post of our Whitney Blair Cottages Collection blog. We are thrilled to be able to share with you two of our cottages that are currently under construction in the neighborhood of Turtlewood, located in the coastal fishing village of Southport, NC. We have listened to our homeowners and prospective clients, and at their request designed a collection of cottages with a coastal feel contained within a single story and with a smaller square footage. When completed these cottages will have that recognizable "Whitney Blair Flair" but in a smaller footprint, which appeals to many of our clients that are retiring to this area and desiring a home of a more manageable size...and price. These homes are also great first homes for young couples just starting out. 
Our cottages are typically under 2000 sq. ft., complete with an open family room, kitchen with separate dining room, three bedrooms, two baths, recessed garage, grilling deck and covered front porch.
