We are thrilled to be able to share with you two of our cottages that are currently under construction in the neighborhood of Turtlewood, located in the coastal fishing village of Southport, NC. We have listened to our homeowners and prospective clients, and at their request designed a collection of cottages with a coastal feel contained within a single story and with a smaller square footage. When completed these cottages will have that recognizable "Whitney Blair Flair" but in a smaller footprint, which appeals to many of our clients that are retiring to this area and desiring a home of a more manageable size...and price.
